Despite never being able to conceive, Lenny and Martha (Seth Gamble and Charlie Forde) are a happy married couple. As a result, they made the decision to ask Sandra (Sophia Burns), a surrogate mother who would bring their child to term, for assistance. When the time comes for them to finally meet their new family member, they can hardly contain their excitement as they decorate and fan the living room. But they are shocked to see Sandra has come empty-handed when she knocks on their door. But when Sandra tells them she's changed her mind, their surprise becomes shock. There is nothing Lenny and Martha can do to convince her to change her mind; she has made the decision to keep their children for herself. At the news, Martha sobs, distraught and in a panic.
