Two devoted wife who are both doctors and owners of their own private practice are Natasha Nice and Sheena Ryder. Nadia Noja, their stepdaughter, who recently returned from college, is welcomed home. When they see that Nadia seems ill, though, they start to worry. She claims to be exhausted and has a very pallid appearance. Nadia accepts Natasha and Sheena's offer to have a physical examination in an effort to determine what's wrong. Sheena examines Nadia's ears, eyes, and throat but finds nothing abnormal. Sheena tries to use a stethoscope to check Nadia's breathing after Natasha proposes that they do so, but Nadia's clothing is muffleing the sound. Nadia undresses so that her stepmothers can perform additional analysis. They test her reflexes, check her respiration, and look over her entire body, but nothing looks off. By asking Nadia when the symptoms started, the stepmothers are able to identify the issue—it's a textbook instance of homesickness! In an effort to lift Nadia's spirits, the stepmothers pamper her with extra affection. Since Nadia appears to be particularly drawn to their breasts for solace, they embrace her to their chests and encourage her to suck in order to feel better. Eventually, this causes Nadia to become calm but also aroused, much like her stepmothers, and in an attempt to cheer everyone up, the stepmothers propose having sex.
