When Cory Chase learns that Myra Moans, her teenage stepdaughter, has chosen to give up wearing knickers, she is taken aback. Myra says it's wonderful to keep things hidden from everyone, but Cory thinks it's a bad idea and demands that Myra wear pants. However, Myra must have lied through her teeth since a few days later, Myra's skirt is blown up by a blast of wind, exposing her continued lack of knickers! In a desperate attempt to frighten her, Cory threatens to smack her on the butt with strangers if she continues to wander about without knickers.
