property manager goes all in

I'd been considering moving to Vegas for some time and had been in contact with Eric, the property manager, but I wasn't sure I wanted to commit to a mortgage just yet. After some back and forth, Eric claims he's located an apartment that I'm sure I'll love. After taking a fast flight to Vegas, I get to the apartment and, much to my surprise, Eric is not there to answer the door. Instead, a chubby big-tittied blonde is!
