Ivey was given a gift by Master John, which gave her something to play with. Although this toy (Lina Luxa) was more than happy to be trained by Ivey, he decided to take matters into his own hands and include Ivey as well once Ivey crossed the line with her Master. It seems that she required additional instruction as well.
